Years of growth have created a need for an online e-commerce solution that can be deployed optimally worldwide on the B2B market. Think of multiple currencies, price agreements and a different available assortment per debtor.

From order list to online catalog

The old environment consisted of lists of products that could be entered in bulk. The strength in Biemans' solution lies in maintaining the bulk functionality with the accessibility of a consumer webshop. On the one hand there is room for asset management, on the other hand for bulk uploading of orders. Here, all information comes directly from the ERP system to give a seamless experience.

 

Digital printable catalog

Despite the fact that many companies manage a digital version of their catalog in ERP, PIM and DAM systems, the paper catalog still has an important role. For Biemans, we developed a printable catalog that is generated based on current data. With this, we ensure that Biemans customers can easily access an up-to-date digital price list throughout the year, which is always correct.

Ultimate checkout experience with hÿva

Biemans needed a customized checkout, which could include scheduling pickup times. During the project, the Hÿva Checkout was launched, optimized for conversion and easier to customize than the existing Magento checkout. The result is a checkout that was fully customized in less than half the normal time.

Biemans' platform is linked to Visma AccountView. Products, prices and inventory are continuously updated, while customers have direct access to their complete invoice history.
