In a traditional industry, convincing people to place orders online can be challenging, as they are often accustomed to ordering via phone or email. That’s why we focused on user-friendliness and added B2B-specific features, such as enabling users to populate their shopping cart using CSV/Excel files and manage multiple wish lists.
A B2B platform seamlessly integrated with ERP
It was crucial for inventory and pricing information to be clear and quickly available. Moreover, this information had to be accurate in real time to prevent double ordering of stock. Pricing details also needed to remain secure, ensuring customers only see their own agreed rates. To achieve this, we integrated the platform with Kerridge (formerly Unit4), retrieving real-time data directly from the ERP system. This ensures that accurate, up-to-date information is always available on the website.
