In 2021, Flexhub approached us to help with their positioning. They sought a stronger strategic positioning to enhance their brand awareness and employer branding. With the new positioning in hand, it was also time for an office revamp, where the appropriate signage (in the brand's style) played a vital role.

Brand story
Flexhub helps flex entrepreneurs grow, both operationally and financially, by taking tasks off their hands and sharing its knowledge and expertise. But what does Flexhub believe in? What is its approach? What sets it apart from the competition? What promises can it make to its clients? Through interviewing employees from various departments within Flexhub, we delved into the core and answered the above questions. Flexhub is there for ambitious flex entrepreneurs! Additionally, to aid the internal communication department, a Brand Key was also delivered.


Campaign concept
Now that the story is on paper, it's time to launch the campaign and explore the various angles from which Flexhub can communicate with its target audience. Our task is to find the right strategic hooks and translate them into visual representations. While using the existing corporate identity as a foundation, we have employed it creatively and innovatively. Several concepts emerged from the strategy, namely Back Office, Great-Not so great, Growth, and Flex. These compelling concepts highlight the service offerings, desires, and specific needs of the target audience.
Employer branding
How do we make the communication appealing to potential new employees? Just like with the business audience, we discover the desires of job applicants. The requirement is that every new employee must be dedicated to the company's cause and share the same vision as Flexhub, genuinely striving to help flex entrepreneurs grow. Each piece in this recruitment campaign ends with the tagline 'Work hard. Flex hard.' to emphasize Flexhub's DNA, hoping that the applicants can relate to it naturally. A touch of humor is added to each piece to immediately capture the recipients' attention.


Signing
With the new positioning and corresponding communication tools in hand, it was time to revamp the office space. The right signage (in line with the corporate identity) was crucial. This was the way to highlight the Flexhub DNA in the daily environment and leave a lasting impression on both employees and clients at the location.

It was an incredibly enjoyable project where our Creatives could unleash their creativity. With a bold color palette of burgundy and purple and eye-catching, sometimes humorous visuals, the designs were bound to make an impact. From window decorations in the form of geometric style elements to designs covering entire statement walls. The bold elements are distributed throughout the office, interspersed with subtle, personalized poster displays on dibond boards and professional lettering to create a striking professional appearance.
