Challenge

The Albert Schweitzer Hospital approached us with a request to create a website for their new clinic, specifically focused on planned care, with the goal of establishing a strong online presence. This was the initial request. Since the new clinic did not have a name or visual identity, we also immediately assisted the Albert Schweitzer Hospital in resolving an online positioning issue for their new clinic. Creation of a new brand 

To ensure that the new clinic stood out among other clinics in the region, our design team crafted a unique branding. This involved creating a new name, a new logo, and a matching identity to strengthen the brand image. The Helene Schweitzer Clinic was intended to have a different atmosphere than a typical hospital. Therefore, a hotel-chic ambiance was chosen, featuring the colors green and gold.

Online

Based on a patient journey, outlining the steps a patient takes and what they would like to see online, the key elements in the design process were created through wireframing. Using the new visual identity, the website for the Helene Schweitzer Clinic was developed with CMS Craft. The result: a powerful website fully aligned with the newly developed identity.

Creating brand awareness

After the new website was developed and a strong visual identity was established, the Helene Schweitzer Clinic wanted to create brand awareness. We then assisted by increasing online visibility through Google, Meta, and DPG media campaigns. On Google, a display campaign was executed to generate maximum reach among the target audience. Additionally, an awareness campaign via Meta was launched to create maximum visibility as well. To move the target audience to the next phase, various search campaigns are currently being conducted on Google, and a remarketing campaign is ongoing on Meta.
