Challenge
Launching a professional webshop, specifically targeting renters, was the challenge that Keller and Bruynzeel keukens brought to us. The goal was to make it super easy for their end customers to purchase a simple extension to their basic kitchen. Once the webshop started running, they noticed an increase in demand for kitchen components from individuals. This challenge was met. Time for the next challenge: shifting the focus of the webshop from renters to the broader public.

A powerful and scalable webshop
The original request from Keller and Bruynzeel keukens was to enable the online sale of individual kitchen cabinets. Based on this request, we developed a future-proof e-commerce environment using the CMS Magento. This allows customers to easily and quickly purchase new parts for their kitchen online.
Shifting the focus of the webshop from renters to the broader public
After Bruynzeel noticed an increase in demand for kitchen components from individuals on their webshop, they wanted to shift the focus of their webshop from renters to a broader audience. Our digital experts then explored the possibilities to make this happen. First, we conducted calculations based on benchmarks to determine achievable goals. The next step was to find ways for Bruynzeel keukens to become more visible to a larger audience. The primary objective was to increase conversion in online purchases. To achieve a broader reach, we ultimately decided to utilize both a search and shopping campaign as well as a dynamic display campaign using Channable. In the long term, we aim to implement conversion optimization through remarketing and continually expand our reach.
Further development website
In its physical stores, Keller and Bruynzeel keukens offers a personalized service for customers to customize their kitchens. You walk into the store and have your kitchen and add-ons such as individual cabinets and drawers custom-designed. The goal is to further expand this offline experience by digitizing it in the future. Currently, this is in development. Additionally, there is an ambition to present the product range in full 3D on the website. We are assisting Keller and Bruynzeel in this endeavor by further developing the webshop, including the implementation of 3D models.
