The new website had to strongly focus on sharing knowledge and providing information about the services. Additionally, an interactive element was created to allow visitors to request a customized quote.
Centralized content management
The quote module is the most unique component of the website. Previously, the quote module was a separate application, leading to cumbersome processes. With the flexible Craft CMS, we have built an environment where both the website content and the special modules can be managed in one central place. Despite their functional and operational differences, they can now be easily managed together.
Data-layers
With the central content management system, Milieu Service Nederland can easily implement SEO and CRO optimizations across the board. This includes utilizing data layers in Google Tag Manager and incorporating Google Click IDs from ads, forms, and submissions from the quote module. Conversions and retention are tracked throughout the entire customer journey, ensuring consent-based data tracking.
Collaborative data analysis and CRO
Digital acceleration is crucial for maintaining a top position in the market. We analyze data monthly, conduct A/B tests, and optimize conversions throughout the customer journey.
